SOMEONE CARING FOR YOUR PROPERTY, NOT JUST BUILDING IT.
A property doesn't end at handover — that's where ownership begins. I stay with the asset: managing it, letting it, watching its value, and when the time is right, handling the sale. The same representative, for as long as you own it.

01 / Who
WHERE I COME IN.
- 01You own a property here but live somewhere else.
- 02You want it let to good tenants and looked after properly.
- 03You'd rather have one person responsible than juggle agents and handymen.
- 04You want to know how the asset is really performing.
- 05You're considering selling and want it positioned to its full value.
- 06You want the same person who built it to keep caring for it.
02 / What we do
ACROSS THE WHOLE LIFE OF THE ASSET.
- 01Property and tenancy management
- 02Rental strategy and letting
- 03Ongoing maintenance and oversight
- 04Performance and value tracking
- 05Sale strategy and positioning
- 06Sale execution and representation
I stopped thinking about the apartment the day I handed it to him. That's the whole point.

FAQ
Do you manage properties you didn't build?
Yes. Whether I acquired and built it with you or you're bringing me an existing asset, I can take over its management, letting and long-term care.
Can you handle everything remotely for an owner abroad?
Yes — that's a large part of what I do. You have one representative in Tel Aviv responsible for the tenants, the upkeep, the numbers and, eventually, the sale.
And when I decide to sell?
I position the property to its full value, run the sale and represent you through it — closing the same lifecycle I can open at acquisition.
