About · Sharon AdirTel Aviv

One person, where four worlds meet.

I'm Sharon Adir. I represent property owners from finding and buying a property, through design, development and construction, to managing it and, when the time comes, selling it. One person, on your side, at every stage.

I'm an architect, a real-estate developer and a licensed broker. Those three rarely sit in one person — and holding them together is exactly what lets me represent a property rather than manage a project. I read what a building could become, what that's worth, and how to get there.

My work has moved between Berlin and Tel Aviv, and much of it is for owners who don't live here — people who need someone on the ground they can trust completely. I know this city, its market and its buildings, and I represent the people who can't be in the room.

Most of the market is organised around a single stage — a broker for buying, an architect for designing, a contractor for building, an agency for managing. I'm organised around you and your asset. Not the deal, not the renovation — the property, and its whole life.

Every project runs on the same principles: informed decisions, transparency, quality control and accountability — one name on the outcome, at every stage.

The four worlds I hold together
01

REAL ESTATE

Finding the opportunity, judging it honestly, and representing you through acquisition and sale.

02

ARCHITECTURE

Reading a property's potential and shaping the design that unlocks it.

03

DEVELOPMENT

Defining the strategy, the budget and the path that turns potential into value.

04

LOCAL EXECUTION

Contractors, procurement, quality and management — handled on the ground in Tel Aviv.

The person beside you, before the first decision.
