Do you replace my contractor or architect?
No — I lead them on your behalf. The architect designs and the contractor builds; I make sure the work matches the plan, the budget and the quality you were promised, as the single person accountable to you.
Does furnishing come with it?
It can. I can hand back a space that's fully furnished and styled, ready to live in or to let — not just a finished shell.
Can you run the build while I'm not in the country?
Yes. I represent you on site in Tel Aviv, control procurement and quality, and report back clearly, so the whole build can be managed from a distance.
